The brief was to join together the house and existing home offices and garden buildings with a scheme which celebrated the wonderful rural outlook.
An enclosed courtyard was created between the house and the offices featuring relaxed, cottage-garden planting. The garden room and seating area were surrounded by prairie-style planting to reflect the colours and movement in the field beyond.
